Last Updated: October 5, 2026
Target Focused Life LLC (the “Company”) respects the privacy of visitors to its website, www.targetfocused.life, and the services provided through it (the “Site”). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site and how that information may be used.
Information We Collect Automatically: As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or email address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded through the normal operation of the Site’s servers, security and caching services, and analytics tools. This may include your browser type, operating system, IP address, referring website, and pages viewed. We use this information to keep the Site secure, understand how visitors use it, and improve your experience. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, for this purpose.
Information You Provide: The Site’s mailing lists, downloads, special offers, giveaways, contact forms, booking requests, and surveys may ask for contact information such as your name, mailing address, and email address, and in some cases demographic or preference information. Information you submit will be used by the Company only as necessary for its legitimate business interests, including responding to you and improving our products, services, and Site content. The Company does not sell, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about the Company and its products. You may opt out of future mailings at any time as described below.
Forms and Email Communications: The Site’s signup, contact, booking, and partnership forms are provided by our customer relationship and email service provider, VidLead. Information you submit through these forms is stored and processed by VidLead on our behalf, including the delivery of our emails.
Comments: If you leave a comment on the Site, we collect the name, email address, and comment you submit. Your email address is never published. Comments are checked by an automated spam filter that runs on the Site. The Site may display profile images through Gravatar, a service that may receive a scrambled version of your email address to show your image if you have one.
Purchases: The Site does not process payments or collect payment information. TFL merchandise is sold, processed, and shipped by our partner Stock & Rod on its own website, and other products we recommend are sold by their respective retailers. Purchases made on those websites are subject to their privacy policies.
Embedded Video and Third-Party Content: Videos on the Site are hosted and delivered by third-party services, such as YouTube, Rumble, Spotlightr, and Bunny Stream. When you view embedded videos, these services may collect information such as your IP address and viewing activity, according to their own privacy policies.
Affiliate Links: Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may use cookies to record that the sale came from our Site. The Company may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. The Company does not receive your personal or payment information from these purchases.
Use of Cookies: Cookies are small files a website places on your device for record keeping purposes. The Site and the third-party services described above may use cookies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and track affiliate referrals. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.
Legal Disclosures: The Company may disclose user information when it has reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else who could be harmed. The Company may also disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Users Under 18: The Site is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information to the Site. If the Company learns that someone under 18 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted from our records. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted information may contact us at info@targetfocused.life.
Links to External Sites: The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from the Site, or for any information you share with them. Please review each website’s privacy policy before providing any information.
Choice and Opt-Out: You may remove yourself from any email list at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email. If that does not work, email info@targetfocused.life with a copy of the unwanted email attached and state that you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
Your Access to and Control Over Your Information: Once per calendar year, or as otherwise required by law, you may request to review the personal information the Company has collected about you by emailing info@targetfocused.life with the subject line “Personal Information Review Request.” If you find errors, notify us and we will correct them. You may also request deletion of your information by emailing info@targetfocused.life with “Delete My Information” in the subject line.
You may also ask that your personal information not be used for a purpose materially different from the one for which it was collected. To make such a request, or with other questions about how the Company uses your personal information, email info@targetfocused.life with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
Your California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of third parties to which a company has disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. The Company has not shared and will not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and therefore does not maintain such a list. California residents with questions may email info@targetfocused.life with “California Privacy” in the subject line.
Visitors Outside the United States: The Site is operated from the United States, and information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Access to personal information is limited to those who need it to perform their work. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
Changes to This Policy: The Company may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
